Refund policy
To initiate a return or exchange, you must contact us at sarah@essjaymode.com within 5 days of receiving your item.
General Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Please include your order number and a brief explanation for the return or exchange in your email to sarah@essjaymode.com.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange or issue a refund, excluding any original shipping costs, as applicable.
Custom/Customized Orders
At ESSJAY MODE, custom creations are uniquely yours, so we don't offer returns on them. But don't worry—we're committed to making it perfect. If something's not quite right, we'll work with you to make the necessary tweaks.
